A very fine effort, with classic cassis and black cherry in the fruit core, but also offering interesting details of bark, earth and herb. The wine lingers, perhaps due to excellent natural acidity, and without overpowering the palate it keeps tantalizing it with nuances of moist earth and wet rock.

As the Deer Pants for the Waterbrook is a book with several themes, including biblical themes, biblical stories and biblical characters. These poems would be especially useful for the Christian teacher or visitor or pastor. There is not a wealth of such material available, and it is my desire that these poems be used and shared freely.
